In 2017 she founded Guided by Numbers a consultancy aimed at helping clients maximise value from their data, both big and small. Kate has over 20 years experience in marketing analytics having worked for both Millward Brown and Omnicom Media Group in various roles, most recently as General Manager of Annalect Solutions (data & analytics arm of Omnicom Media Group). During this time she has worked across many categories including FMCG, Telco, Government, Finance and e-commerce.

Jenn Johnson, CEO - Rogue Consulting

An established executive with a strong customer focus, Jenn's experience spans marketing, performance and project management teams. Jenn spent more than 17 years at Commonwealth Bank and Colonial First State and held leadership positions improving marketing operational disciplines and communications, driving strategic planning, and implementing productivity tools, including Simple. Jenn is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and now runs Rogue Consulting.
